05/20/2010 – Dog sitting

For Visitors and Exhibitors interested is available about 200 meters from the Exhibition a service of the City of custody of the dogs, open every day!
In this area the dogs will be cared for by specialist staff, but you must bring the dog’s medical records as you will be required upon taking custody of the animal.

05/19/2010 – Conventions

Our tour operator Biz or Fun would like to communicate to the Exhibitors that bookings for the hotels and packages offered will be valid provided they are confirmed not later than 05/30/2010.
Therefore who will not perform and confirm the payment before that date will not able to use the special offers.

03/28/2010 – Booking

Requests for tables of exhibitors (official and unofficial) start to exceed availability. Therefore the organizers of the Exotic Animal World have requested and obtained by Cotone Congressy the availability of third sector “C” (adjacent to the other two) that, although with a smaller surface, will still satisfy other demands. In few days on our website will be available the map for sector C.

We take this opportunity also to invite those who have booked tables to provide for the payment. The considerable demands for reservations that we receive (not just those marked on maps) may force us, against our will, to make available the tables as soon as possible resulting in cancellation of reservations that have not been regularized in spite of the considerable time elapsed since the reservation.

02/18/2010 – Official statement to the exhibitors

We are pleased to announce that the company that manages the car park adjacent to the Cotone Congressi, exceptionally, granted for Exhibitors (within a certain number) special tickets with special prize to park their vehicles.
